Bahler Street Pizza, known for its mobile food truck, will open a permanent location in spring 2025 on the Georgetown and Round Rock border.
The new store will be located at the corner of Westinghouse Road and FM 1460, also known as A.W. Grimes Boulevard in Round Rock. Co-owner Frank Riggle explained that while the business address will be in Georgetown, the parking lot is in Round Rock.
“We decided on this location because it’s where most of our customers come from,” Riggle said. “When we started, we thought we’d be in Temple, but most of our business came from Georgetown and Round Rock, so it just made sense.”
The new venue will be branded as B Street and will serve a limited menu of Bahler Street pizzas. The space will also house a taproom run by Barking Armadillo Brewing, a family-owned brewery from Georgetown.
Although the new location is opening, the mobile food truck will continue to operate and serve customers at events.
What’s on the Menu?
The food truck is known for its wood-fired sourdough pizzas, which feature unique toppings such as fresh blackberries, orange marmalade onion jam, and roasted pumpkin. One standout dish, James and the Giant Peach, features a fig base, fresh mozzarella, smoked applewood bacon, Texas peaches, basil, and smoked sea salt.
The new brick-and-mortar location is expected to be a major addition to the local food scene, offering a cozy space for pizza lovers to enjoy the distinctive flavors that have made Bahler Street Pizza a local favorite.
