British fashion brand House of Sunny is collaborating with the East London pizzeria Unlock for a unique partnership that blends food and fashion. The collaboration includes two limited-edition pizzas: an anchovy pizza and a vegan crispy cauliflower pizza taco.
For those more interested in fashion than food, House of Sunny has also launched a capsule collection of merchandise. The collection features a black T-shirt with Unlock’s logo and zip-up hoodies with exposed seams. The items are available for purchase both online and at Unlock, located at 1 Monkwood Way, until December 15.
“Hackney is where it all began for us, so partnering with a local gem like Unlock felt like the perfect way to bring this vision to life,” said Sunny Williams, founder and creative director of House of Sunny. “Food, fashion, and art are universal forms of self-expression. We wanted to create a fun, welcoming, and inspiring space where you can enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza.”
In addition to the menu and merchandise, House of Sunny has revamped the decor at Unlock, adding its signature funky, retro aesthetic to the pizzeria.
Giovanni Izzo, cofounder of Unlock, shared his excitement about the collaboration. “At Unlock, we’re all about exploring unexpected combinations. Partnering with House of Sunny, a brand with such a strong global identity, is a perfect fit,” he said.
This collaboration marks another example of House of Sunny blending food and fashion. In September 2023, the brand opened a Soho pop-up featuring a limited-edition café.
House of Sunny first gained attention in the summer of 2021 when Kendall Jenner wore its knitted Hockney dress on Instagram. The brand quickly became popular among young audiences with its psychedelic patterns and pastel hues, offering designs that are both stylish and comfortable.
