Noble Roman’s Inc., the parent company of Noble Roman’s Pizza and Noble Roman’s Craft Pizza & Pub, is accelerating its expansion, particularly in convenience stores and travel plazas.
The company plans to open around 19 new franchise locations in the fourth quarter of 2024, including three new units under a partnership with Majors Management LLC. This will bring the total number of new unit openings for the year to about 70. The company also has a diverse pipeline of sales and new franchise locations, in addition to the multi-unit development agreement with Majors Management.
Noble Roman’s also reported a significant backlog of planned units for the first quarter of 2025, including additional locations with Majors Management.
Majors Management LLC, a convenience store developer, signed an agreement with Noble Roman’s in late 2023 to open 100 new franchise locations. The locations will be spread across the 48 contiguous states, with a focus on Texas, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Majors plans to expand further beyond the initial 100 locations.
In addition to growth in its nontraditional franchise segment, Noble Roman’s reported positive same-store sales growth for its company-owned Craft Pizza & Pub locations in the fourth quarter. The company expects this trend to continue into the first quarter of 2025.
Noble Roman’s also plans to complete financing to replace its existing senior loan and subordinated debentures.
