Changes continue at the popular Camp North End in north Charlotte with the recent opening of Gravity Sourdough Pizza.
The restaurant, founded by Alex Osterhoudt and Amanda Wagner, was previously operated out of a vintage mid-century travel trailer before moving into a permanent space at Camp North End.
Gravity’s sourdough crust is made from a starter that dates back to the late 19th century and is baked at 850 degrees.
Gravity Sourdough Pizza is open Wednesday through Sunday, with hours from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
