Massilia, located on Soi Ruamrudee, will host a special event called “Pizza Beyond Borders From Shanghai to Bangkok” on Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. The evening will showcase the culinary skills of some of Asia’s top pizza chefs, offering a unique experience of innovation and exceptional flavors.
The event celebrates the creativity of leading pizza chefs from across the region. Massilia will collaborate with Bottega, a renowned pizzeria in Shanghai, for an exclusive “four hands” dinner. Chefs Michele Fernando of Massilia and Paolo Salvo of Bottega will work together to create pizzas that push the boundaries of traditional recipes.
Massilia has been named the Best Pizza in Thailand and ranked 7th in Asia by 50 Top Pizza. Bottega earned the title of the 8th Best Pizzeria in the World in 2023 and was named the Best in Asia in 2021.
This event offers pizza lovers and food enthusiasts the opportunity to witness how pizza can bring cultures together and inspire new culinary ideas. An à la carte menu will also be available for guests who wish to enjoy their favorite dishes alongside the special event creations.
