Suspect Sought in Knife-Wielding Attempted Robbery at Domino’s in El Paso

Authorities are looking for a man who tried to rob a Domino’s Pizza in Northeast El Paso while armed with a knife.

The incident occurred in January at the Domino’s Pizza located at 10040 Dyer Street. According to the El Paso Police Department, the suspect approached a counter employee, showed a pocketknife, and demanded money.

The employee, feeling threatened, backed away toward other workers, causing the suspect to flee without taking any cash.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, aged 20 to 30, around 5 feet 9 inches tall, with light facial hair. Witnesses said he spoke Spanish and wore a tan baseball cap, a black zippered hoodie, a red T-shirt, black pants, and black athletic shoes with white soles.

The El Paso Police Department and Crime Stoppers are asking anyone with information about the attempted robbery to contact Crime Stoppers at 566-8477 (TIPS). Callers will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward if their tip leads to an arrest.
