Elliot’s Wood-Fired Kitchen & Tap, a family-owned pizzeria known for its Neapolitan-style pizzas and diverse menu, is set to open its fourth location in Powell, Ohio. The new restaurant will take over the space previously occupied by Liberty Tavern at 50 S. Liberty St., which closed on New Year’s Eve.
The pizzeria, which already operates in Newark, Pataskala, and New Albany, plans to open in mid-April. Since its founding in 2017, Elliot’s has gained popularity for its pizzas and wide variety of other dishes, including bruschetta, Bavarian pretzels, wings, cobb salads, Philly cheesesteaks, smash burgers, and street tacos.
