Costco’s food court is known for a few iconic items, and their Kirkland Signature pepperoni and cheese pizzas are among the most popular. Each pizza is 18 inches in diameter, which is four inches larger than a typical large pizza from places like Domino’s or Pizza Hut. These pizzas are cut into 12 slices, and in theory, one pizza could feed 12 people if everyone only had one slice.
In reality, though, that’s not likely. When serving hungry adults or teenagers, one pizza will likely feed three to four people, with each person eating three to four slices. If you’re expecting a larger crowd or just want extra for leftovers, you might want to buy more pizzas. Thankfully, Costco’s pizzas are known for being both large and affordable, with each pizza priced at just $10.
If you’re looking to make it a more complete meal, Costco offers several sides at their food court. The Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Salad, priced at $6.99, is a great option and can easily be shared between two people. For a larger group, consider heading into the store to grab prepared foods. The two-pound Caesar salad in a plastic tub is perfect for a family of four as a side.
For something heartier, you could try Costco’s chicken noodle soup, made with their famous $4.99 rotisserie chicken. At $3.49 per pound, a four-pound container makes for a budget-friendly addition to the meal. Another option is the Mediterranean Orzo Pasta Salad, which weighs around two pounds and costs $6.49 per pound, continuing the Mediterranean theme.
