Texas-based pizza chain, DoubleDave’s, has partnered with Miyoko’s Creamery to introduce a new dairy-free option to its menu. Starting now, customers at DoubleDave’s locations in Texas and Oklahoma can enjoy Miyoko’s Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella on their pizzas.
Dairy-Free Meets Flavorful
The new offering allows pizza lovers to customize their orders with Miyoko’s vegan mozzarella, either as a substitute or addition to traditional mozzarella. Made from organic cashew milk and crafted using traditional creamery techniques, the plant-based cheese delivers a creamy, gooey texture that bubbles and browns, just like regular mozzarella. It provides a flavorful option for vegans, lactose-intolerant customers, or anyone seeking sustainable alternatives.
“We’re excited to partner with DoubleDave’s to offer our Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella,” said Marc Asmussen, Director of Sales at Miyoko’s Creamery. “This partnership helps us bring delicious, sustainable, dairy-free cheese to more pizza lovers. We believe in great food that supports a healthier planet, and we’re thrilled to share this innovation with DoubleDave’s loyal customers.”
Commitment to Quality and Sustainability
DoubleDave’s has long been known for using fresh, high-quality ingredients. By introducing Miyoko’s plant-based mozzarella, the pizza chain further solidifies its dedication to providing inclusive and sustainable menu choices.
“We’re proud to partner with Miyoko’s, offering our customers a delicious, dairy-free option without compromising on flavor,” said Joey Bramwell, COO of DoubleDave’s. “This collaboration marks an exciting step towards more sustainable and inclusive menu choices, and we look forward to seeing how our guests enjoy this new addition.”
