Nozzleman Pizza, a fast-growing quick-service restaurant with deep ties to first responders, has opened its first Walmart location inside the North Douglas Walmart at 3770 US-395 in South Carson City, Nevada. This marks the start of a rapid expansion plan by co-founders Jesse Corletto and Robert Powells, who plan to open 17 Walmart locations across six states in 2025.
Walmart, recognized as the No. 1 company on the Fortune Global 500 list for 11 consecutive years, has been aligning with innovative brands that deliver value and quality to its customers. Nozzleman Pizza, with its unique mission to support first responders, fits seamlessly into this vision. Following its Carson City debut, the brand plans to expand to additional northern Nevada stores, including Gardnerville, Fallon, and Reno by late summer, with further locations planned in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, and Utah, with future expansion to all 50 states.
“We couldn’t dream of a better collaboration than with a company that shares our commitment to the communities we serve,” said Robert Powells. “The opening of our Carson City store is just the beginning of an ambitious growth strategy that blends quality food with a mission of supporting the first responders who protect our communities.”
Co-founder Jesse Corletto, a retired firefighter with 25 years of service, created Nozzleman Pizza to honor his fellow first responders. The company also has celebrity backing, including Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi from Jersey Shore, which has helped elevate the brand’s profile. At the heart of the company’s mission, a portion of proceeds from each location is donated to local fire stations.
Nozzleman Pizza has also partnered with Jeremy Renner’s RennerVation Foundation to support foster children and at-risk youth, demonstrating its dedication to giving back.
As the brand continues to expand, it is actively seeking franchisees who share its vision. “With Walmart locations, our franchisees have the potential to tap into high-foot-traffic stores with a loyal customer base, ensuring financial stability,” said Powells. “We invite people to join our family and become franchisees of a brand that’s much more than just a pizza place.”
