BEAUMONT — A new dining spot, Mama Tia’s Italian Pizza and Bistro, has opened in Beaumont. The restaurant is now located at the site of the former Willy Burger, situated off Calder.
The grand opening is scheduled for Monday. Ricky Martinez, who is well-known in the local culinary scene for owning all of the Tia Juanita’s locations, is behind this new venture.
On Saturday, Martinez hosted a soft opening for staff and select guests. He emphasized his commitment to offering a unique dining experience. “Many restaurants are facing challenges due to execution issues. We pride ourselves on consistent service and quality food,” Martinez said. “We aim to bring the same standards to this new location.”
