Loui’s Pizza, a family-owned establishment in Hazel Park, Michigan, has been serving up slices for nearly 50 years. The founder, Louis Tourtois, honed his craft at Buddy’s Pizza, a renowned Detroit-based chain often credited with inventing “Detroit-style” pizza.
