Gallo’s Pizza & Bar is set to open on Wednesday at 5851 Frantz Road in Dublin. The family-owned Gallo Restaurant Group has created a new 130-seat venue. The restaurant will feature New York-style pizzas, including slices available at lunchtime. Customers can also enjoy stuffed pizzas, sandwiches, pasta dishes, and salmon cakes. “This is a whole new concept for us,” said Nick Gallo, a partner in the restaurant group. He added that the new location aims to provide a more accessible dining experience. Gallo’s Restaurant Group also runs Gallo’s Kitchen, Gallo’s Tap Room, Gallo’s on High, and Gallo’s Pizzeria. Gallo’s Pizza & Bar will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
