A new pizza restaurant called 911Pizza has opened in downtown Vancouver, offering a variety of food items beyond pizza, including breakfast, sandwiches, and fries.
Located at 500 Robson Street, at the corner of Richards Street, 911Pizza opened in early October. The restaurant features a police badge-style logo and menu items with names like “Sheriff” and “Chief,” highlighting its police theme.
The pricing also reflects this theme. Basic pizzas, breakfasts, and salads are all priced at $9.11. This pricing trend extends throughout the menu.
The restaurant operates from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, with breakfast served from 9 to 11 a.m. Customers can take advantage of a deal that offers 11 dishes for the price of nine. They also guarantee that food will be ready within nine to 11 minutes after ordering.
Special deals are available on the ninth and eleventh of each month.
Additionally, 911Pizza has a food challenge where participants can win prizes. Those who eat 11 pizzas in nine minutes receive a t-shirt and a $250 gift certificate. Conversely, if a participant eats nine pizzas in 11 minutes, they receive a t-shirt and a hat.
911Pizza replaces the recently closed sandwich and kebab shop Toranj, which opened in 2023. Toranj took over the space from Bentoya, a Japanese restaurant that closed in March 2023.
