Johnny T’s Brooklyn Pizzeria has officially opened in the former location of Andiamo Pizzeria, situated on the northwest corner of Scottsdale and Shea in central Scottsdale.
Andiamo, which opened in February, quickly gained popularity but temporarily closed in May to expand and hire more staff. However, it never reopened. Now, one of Andiamo’s co-owners has launched Johnny T’s, bringing a similar menu to the new spot.
Signature pizzas at Johnny T’s include the White Guy, topped with mozzarella, fontina, Taleggio cheese, whipped ricotta, shaved Parmigiano, garlic cream, black pepper, fresh basil, and EVOO. Another standout is the Njuda, featuring mozzarella, Nduja salami, sweet pork sausage, whipped ricotta, and fresh basil.
In addition to New York-style pizzas, the menu offers calzones, stromboli rolls, hot and cold sandwiches, wings, and more.
Johnny T’s is open daily for lunch and dinner.
