Si Nonna’s has announced the opening of three new outlets in Bangalore, marking a significant step in the brand’s growth. The new locations are situated in Marks Square, Koramangala, and Utopia. These openings bring the flavors of Naples closer to the city’s food-loving community.
The restaurant is known for its signature sourdough pizza, which is made using a 48-hour fermentation process. This technique was inspired by a traditional recipe from Nonna Galliano’s mother, discovered in Naples. The menu offers a variety of pizzas, including vegetarian, vegan, chicken, and pork options, catering to different tastes.
After the success of its first Bangalore outlet in JP Nagar, Si Nonna’s is expanding its reach to three more neighborhoods, continuing the success it has seen in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Delhi, and Surat.
“We are excited to bring our signature pizzas to Marks Square and Koramangala,” said Ayush Jatia, founder of Si Nonna’s. “Bangalore’s food culture is unique, and we’re eager to engage with the city’s food enthusiasts who value the craft of sourdough pizza-making.”
Si Nonna’s outlets are designed to provide an interactive dining experience. Guests can watch as chefs prepare pizzas in open kitchens, showcasing the skill and passion that goes into each pie. Additionally, the “make-your-own-pizza” activity allows visitors of all ages to have fun creating their own pizza.
Each new location also aims to foster a sense of community, offering events such as pizza-making workshops, birthday parties, and special dining experiences. With these new openings, Si Nonna’s continues to raise the bar for innovation and authenticity in Bangalore’s vibrant food scene.
