Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a well-known family-style pizza chain for 45 years, is ringing in the new year with two new salads and a special lunch buffet deal.
Starting at $7.99, customers can enjoy the new Chef’s Salad and Antipasto Salad. These fresh-made salads provide a healthy meal option or a perfect side to the chain’s signature pizzas. In addition, Mountain Mike’s is bringing back its popular $9.99 all-you-can-eat lunch buffet throughout January at participating locations nationwide. This buffet includes pizza and a salad bar, offering a great value for those dining in.
“There are two things people focus on after the holiday season: health and budget,” said Carol DeNembo, Chief Marketing Officer at Mountain Mike’s Pizza. “We’ve introduced healthier menu options with the new salads and reintroduced our affordable $9.99 buffet to meet those needs, giving guests a great option for lunch.”
The new salads join the existing Garden and Create-Your-Own salads, and will be available at over 300 locations until March 31, 2025. The Chef’s Salad includes fresh lettuce, ham, salami, tomatoes, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, red onions, and a choice of dressing. The Antipasto Salad is an Italian-inspired option with salami, ham, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, tomatoes, pepperoncini, black olives, garbanzo beans, and Italian dressing.
Mountain Mike’s popular lunch buffet will be available weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The buffet includes a variety of pizzas, with different options available each day, such as the famous crispy pepperoni, classic cheese, and specialty pizzas like Mt. Veggiemore and BBQ at the Ranch. The salad bar offers a selection of fresh, hand-chopped ingredients so guests can customize their salads.
“Mountain Mike’s pizza brings a sense of nostalgia with every bite,” DeNembo added. “Whether it’s our crispy pepperoni or our specialty pizzas, we offer something for every taste. Guests can enjoy Mountain Mike’s dining in, carryout, or delivery.”
