Boss’ Pizza and Chicken in Fargo is inviting customers to take on its Boss Hog Challenge, featuring a massive 28-inch pizza.
The challenge requires participants to finish the pizza, which is topped with two types of meat and one vegetable, within an hour. The challenge can be tackled by one or two people. If successful, the participants will win a $200 gift card, and the pizza will be free. If they fail to complete it in time, the cost is $60.
The Boss Hog Challenge has been a staple for nearly a decade, dating back to the opening of the original Boss’ Pizza in Sioux Falls. At the Fargo location, they make at least one of these giant pizzas every week.
Owner and General Manager Jason Johnson said, “It’s fun for anyone who wants to give it a try. It’s a great way to bring in a crowd on slow nights, and we can serve food and drinks while they enjoy the challenge.”
The restaurant is also preparing to introduce a new challenge featuring their Super Boss sauce.
