Pizza Hut is capitalizing on the Ranch dressing craze with the launch of its new Ranch Lover’s Flight—a trio of exclusive dipping sauces—alongside the return of its fan-favorite Cheesy Bites Pizza. This limited-time offer (LTO) coincides with the excitement of the NCAA March Madness tournament, which will culminate in the championship game on April 7.
The Ranch Lover’s Flight features three distinct ranch sauces:
Chipotle Ranch – Smoky with a spicy kick
Ultimate Ranch – A creamy, classic ranch flavor
Pepperoni Ranch – A creamy ranch infused with pepperoni spices and flavors
The Cheesy Bites Pizza, first introduced nearly two decades ago, replaces the traditional crust with 28 pull-apart cheese-filled bites. It has been brought back sporadically over the years due to its popularity. Starting March 26, customers can enjoy a large one-topping Cheesy Bites Pizza paired with the Ranch Lover’s Flight, available for delivery, carryout, or dine-in at participating Pizza Hut locations nationwide.
In addition to these tasty new offerings, Pizza Hut is unveiling a new brand ambassador, Peter Zahut, as part of a broader campaign. Zahut will be featured in TV ads and even has his own LinkedIn page, adding a playful touch to the brand’s marketing during March Madness.
Pizza Hut isn’t alone in embracing the popularity of Ranch dressing. Other brands are joining the trend, with Wingstop selling a bottle of its ranch on eBay as a marketing stunt, Buffalo Wild Wings debuting a BBQ Ranch dressing, and Noodles & Company introducing a Buffalo Ranch Mac & Cheese item.
