Bearno’s Pizza

A Louisville institution since 1977, Bearno’s has been serving up classic Louisville-style pizza for decades. Known for its exceptional pies, Bearno’s has won the Community Choice Award for four consecutive years. One of the standout offerings is the Mama Bearno’s Special, which has earned the title of “Louisville’s #1 selling pizza.” This pie is loaded with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, black olives, green olives, and topped with mozzarella cheese. Impellizzeri’s Pizza

With a focus on quality and homemade ingredients, Impellizzeri’s Pizza has long been a favorite in the Louisville area. Among its specialty pies, the Sampler is a fan favorite, packed with homemade Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and black and green olives. Though it requires a longer cook time of 30-45 minutes, it’s definitely worth the wait. Impellizzeri’s is also known for its thin crust pizzas, such as the Bianco, which features garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil, light mozzarella, oven-roasted tomatoes, spinach, kalamata olives, roasted garlic, and herbed ricotta cheese.
