Klondike Pizza in Arroyo Grande has recently demonstrated its commitment to the welfare of animals on the Central Coast by raising funds for two prominent non-profit organizations.
The beloved pizza restaurant successfully raised over $10,000, with proceeds earmarked for the Nipomo-based Animals in Need Fund and the Santa Barbara Humane Society.
Pamela Dennis, co-owner of Klondike, expressed the significance of supporting these organizations, stating, “These rescues are full of dear [animals] that need homes. And our money helps to take care of them, helps with spaying and neutering surgeries. Some animals are found in such bad condition that it takes a lot of money for the medical help.”
A ceremonial check presentation was held at the Arroyo Grande location on Thursday, underscoring Klondike Pizza’s dedication to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of animals in need.
