New pizza hotspot, Doughnation, is gearing up for its grand opening on the ground floor of 3 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden, this spring.
Doughnation promises to tantalize taste buds with artisan-crafted pizzas made from meticulously sourced ingredients and topped with unique and delectable flavors, offering a fresh take on traditional pizza offerings. Complementing the pizza menu will be a selection of salads, side dishes, and pizza crust dippers.
In addition to its indoor dining area, Doughnation will boast an al fresco terrace on Covent Garden’s bustling piazza, providing the perfect setting for pizza brunches and a curated spritz menu.
Driven by a philanthropic ethos, Doughnation is committed to making a positive impact, with a portion of proceeds from each pizza slice sold going toward causes close to the brand’s heart.
Spanning 96 square feet, the new addition to 3 Henrietta Street will join established brands such as British eatery Pivot Bar & Bistro and Hawaiian street food joint El Ta’koy.
Doughnation is the latest venture backed by Game Changers Investments (GCI), a London-based investment firm dedicated to fostering growth opportunities within the hospitality industry. Led by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, GCI provides a platform for emerging brands to launch, expand, and thrive, offering strategic sites and expertise to propel businesses forward.
Commenting on the venture, Drew Clover, Development Director for GCI, expressed excitement about introducing a dynamic new brand to 3 Henrietta Street. He emphasized the project’s role within GCI’s incubator hub, aimed at nurturing agile chef-led concepts into successful, scalable, and profitable ventures.
