In a bid to express gratitude to its loyal customers and amplify support for its hardworking delivery drivers, Domino’s Pizza has introduced a new initiative called “You Tip, We Tip.”
Effective from Monday onwards, customers who generously tip their Domino’s Pizza delivery drivers will now receive a token of appreciation in return. Under this program, aptly titled “You Tip, We Tip,” customers who place online orders and tip their drivers a minimum of $3 will receive $3 credited towards their next order the following week.
Chief Brand Officer Kate Trumbull expressed Domino’s commitment to recognizing the dedication and exceptional service provided by its delivery drivers. Trumbull remarked, “Domino’s drivers have been hustling to deliver hot, delicious pizzas since 1960, and we love that customers have been tipping them for their great service since day one. But these days, everywhere you go, there’s a tip screen. The pressure to tip is real, even when no extra service is provided. So, we decided to flip the script and show our appreciation by tipping customers back.”
Through this innovative initiative, Domino’s aims to foster a culture of mutual appreciation and reciprocity between its customers and delivery drivers. As patrons continue to enjoy the convenience and satisfaction of Domino’s Pizza, the “You Tip, We Tip” program stands as a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and employee recognition.
