Morgan Bold, 27, and her companion Jess Wooder, 26, orchestrated what can only be described as an “extreme day trip” from Liverpool to Pisa, Italy, with the sole intention of indulging in their love for pizza. Departing at the crack of dawn on April 24, the duo seized the opportunity to explore a foreign land while minimizing their time away from work.
Their meticulously planned excursion encompassed day-return flights, airport parking, sumptuous meals, and a day brimming with activities, all wrapped up within a modest budget of 170 pounds (approximately Rs 17,715).
In an interview with Manchester Evening News, Morgan Bold emphasized the cost-effectiveness of their Italian escapade compared to a typical journey to London. She noted that the entire venture, including flights and expenses, came in at a lower price point than a round trip to the capital city.
The logistical ease of their adventure was equally striking, as Bold underscored the simplicity of navigating airport procedures and the seamless transition from work to travel and back again. With only a single day of leave taken, both friends were back in the office bright and early the next day, despite having jetted off to another country just hours before.
