Dalton Park has risen to new culinary heights with its latest offering. The popular Italian restaurant, Etto Caffé, located in the Murton outlet centre, has expanded its dining options by adding a charming al fresco terrace and a mobile pizza van.
Since its opening, Etto Caffé has attracted a steady stream of diners. The new outdoor space, which seats an additional 36 guests, enhances the Mediterranean ambiance with its beautiful olive trees.
The expanded menu features a variety of mini pizzas, including Margherita, Pepperoni, Del Giorno, and vegetarian options, perfect for visitors to enjoy after a day of shopping or to take away for a picnic in the parklands.
Diners can still order directly from the counter inside Etto Caffé and enjoy their meals on the new terrace without needing to pre-book.
Hilary Massarella of Massarella & Co, the restaurant’s owners, expressed excitement about the new addition: “We are delighted to be expanding our dining outdoors and adding to our food offering at Dalton Park.”
Richard Kaye, Dalton Park’s centre manager, shared his enthusiasm: “It has been brilliant to see Etto Caffé thrive since opening almost three years ago. The demand for more al fresco dining options has been high, and we cannot wait to see how popular this new terrace becomes.
With summer upon us, the option to enjoy a pizzetta in the sunshine is sure to be a massive hit with our Dalton Park guests.”
The expansion marks a delightful enhancement to Dalton Park’s dining scene, promising a little pizza heaven for visitors.
