Adelaide Pizza Chain Hey Bianca Shuts Down All Operations

by Emma

ADELAIDE — Hey Bianca, an Adelaide-based pizza chain, has closed its three stores and discontinued its online delivery service.

Founded in 2017, Hey Bianca gained a loyal following for its Neapolitan-style pizzas, which featured dough fermented for three days to achieve their signature taste. The chain operated three stores in the Adelaide CBD, West Beach, and Brighton, all of which are now marked as permanently closed on Google.

Customers seeking updates on the status of Hey Bianca have noticed the company’s social media pages have been taken down. Although the chain’s website remains active, the option to place an order has been removed.

A customer recently reached out to the company via its now-deactivated app to inquire about the prolonged closure of its kitchens. In response, a Hey Bianca spokesperson confirmed the closure, stating, “We’ve unfortunately left the building. It’s been a fun ride, and we appreciate you being our customer for a day, a year, or a lifer from the very beginning.”

For now, fans of Hey Bianca will have to bid farewell to their favorite pizzeria, as the company has ceased all operations both in-store and online.
