Pizza Nova has announced a new loyalty program called “Ciao Rewards,” aimed at thanking long-time customers and welcoming new ones. The program is accessible via a newly launched app and a user-friendly website, making it easy to earn and redeem rewards.
“Pizza Nova has always been about more than just great food – it’s about community and family,” said Domenic Primucci, president of Pizza Nova. “We’re excited to launch this loyalty rewards program to give back to our loyal customers who have supported us over the years. The program is an exciting and new way for us to say thank you.”
The loyalty program allows customers to earn two points for every dollar spent (pre-tax and excluding delivery fees). These points can be used to redeem a variety of items, such as a panzerotti with one topping, a sandwich, or a medium pizza with two toppings. Points remain valid for six months from the date they are earned.
“Our new loyalty program makes every bite a more rewarding experience,” said Marylyn Batthish, director of marketing at Pizza Nova. “We’re excited to offer our customers the opportunity to enjoy their favourite Pizza Nova meals while earning points.”
In addition to the basic rewards, the program will feature special offers throughout the year. These include birthday treats, seasonal promotions, and limited-time deals like double points on specific days.
