Known for its unique flavors, Roots Pizza offers a variety of options, including chef collaborations and fresh salads. Vegetarians and vegans can enjoy the Vegan Garden, while meat lovers can indulge in the house-seasoned Crumbled Sausage. Most pizzas are also available gluten-free.
We recommend trying the specialty pizzas, such as the “Big Ragu,” created in collaboration with “Top Chef” finalist Sarah Grueneberg of Monteverde. This pizza features tomato-braised pork shoulder, meatballs, sausage, Calabrian peppers, stracchino, mozzarella, and pesto. Another standout is the collaboration with Lillie’s Q, which includes sweet pulled pork smoked over peach wood, hot smokey BBQ sauce, mozzarella, Carolina Dirt BBQ Rub, and slaw.
