Italian restaurant chain Zizzi has introduced a new lighter pizza range called “Pizza Fresca” for the summer season. This fresh take on the classic Zizzi Rustica pizzas features a tomato base and is topped with fresh, peppery rocket, offering a lighter option for those looking for a refreshing summer meal.
The Pizza Fresca range includes three new dishes:
Roast Pollo & Pesto: A combination of roasted chicken breast, Sunblush tomatoes, riserva cheese, toasted pine nuts, and basil pesto.
Verdura: Featuring roasted chicken breast, Sunblush tomatoes, riserva cheese, toasted pine nuts, and basil pesto.
Harissa Gamberetto: King prawns with Roquito pepper pearls, courgette ribbons, and a touch of spicy harissa.
Additionally, Zizzi has unveiled a 3-course Summer set menu available all day, every day, starting at £25.95. The menu features Special Guest dishes crafted with premium ingredients, including Wild Garlic & Pesto Bombe, Siciliana Salmon pasta, Harissa Lamb Rustica pizza, and White Chocolate & Raspberry Tiramisu.

Zizzi restaurants offer beautiful outdoor dining spaces, perfect for enjoying pizza, pasta, and cocktails in the sun. Some locations, such as Brentwood, Canterbury, Chislehurst, Exeter, Farnham, Henley, Hereford, Loughton, Market Harborough, Marlow, Salisbury, St Katharine Dock, Taunton, and Wokingham, feature ‘secret garden’ outdoor settings.
For those who prefer dining at home or picnicking, Zizzi’s Summer dishes are available through Click & Collect and delivery via Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
