Eric and Tosha Sublett, the founders of Firehouse Pizza, believe their brand is ideal for vacation spots, waterfront locations, and hometown pizzerias. “After 21 years, we still work every day to ensure we’re delivering the best pizza experience possible,” they said in a joint statement. “We’ve evolved our company to guarantee that Firehouse Pizza generates income regardless of location or economic conditions.”

Firehouse Pizza is well-known locally for its diverse menu, which includes not only pizzas but also sandwiches and salads. Among the most popular items are the Eric Sandwich, the top seller, and the Wife Sandwich, which ranks second in sales.

“Our menu is flexible. Any sandwich can be made into a pizza or a salad, which is great for accommodating food allergies and dietary preferences,” the Subletts explained. “While most pizza places add sandwiches to their menu years after opening, we’ve offered them from day one. All of our menu items have been refined over the past two decades.”
