Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta, a popular Colorado-based pizza and pasta chain, will launch its first Fort Collins store on Friday, September 13. The grand opening will feature free pizza, live comedy, and various giveaways.
Garrett Brizendine, CEO of EPIQ Ventures, LLC, owns the local franchise and plans to continue expanding the Denver-based chain. The Fort Collins store will be the 19th location for Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta, which has been serving Colorado for over 40 years. The chain already operates in Denver, Golden, Colorado Springs, and recently opened a new site at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
Peter Counter, the brand’s manager of brand development, expressed enthusiasm about the new location. “We are thrilled to become part of the Fort Collins community,” Counter said. “Our team has worked diligently to ensure this location mirrors the successful experience that has made Anthony’s a favorite throughout Colorado.”
The grand opening festivities will begin at 11 a.m. with sample menu items, a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, and giveaways including sunglasses and water bottles. A live comedy performance by Ginger Whale will start at 4 p.m.
Under Brizendine’s leadership, EPIQ Ventures, LLC oversees the Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta franchise and operates several retail locations, with four of the 19 stores being company-owned.
