Derby-based digital marketing agency Alphageek Digital has secured a significant contract to support the UK expansion of global pizza chain Little Caesars, marking one of the agency’s most substantial deals to date.

Little Caesars, a Detroit-based pizza giant with over 4,000 branches worldwide, has enlisted Alphageek Digital to handle a range of marketing services. These services include social media management, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), as the company seeks to strengthen its presence in the UK market.

This contract is a major milestone for Alphageek Digital, which has been in operation for five years and employs a team of 20. Nearly all staff members will be involved in managing the Little Caesars account, a testament to the scale and importance of the project.

The partnership between Alphageek Digital and Little Caesars was sparked by the success of the agency’s previous work for True Pizza, a Chellaston-based pizzeria acquired by Little Caesars in 2022. Impressed by the results, Little Caesars decided to bring the Derby agency on board to drive its UK growth strategy.

Little Caesars, which opened its first UK store in Chellaston, has since expanded to Nottingham and London, with plans to launch approximately 100 more stores over the next three years.

Alex Mills, Sales Director and co-founder of Alphageek Digital, expressed excitement about the partnership. “This is a significant account for us, and we’re thrilled for a couple of reasons,” Mills said. “Firstly, it’s an honor to have won this work, especially when major companies like Little Caesars often turn to large London agencies. We’ve proven that we can deliver results without the high costs associated with big-city firms, and it’s fantastic that Little Caesars recognized this.”

Mills added, “Secondly, we’re proud that our reputation has led to this contract. Little Caesars saw the impact we made with True Pizza and were impressed. They understand that we can help build their brand, one neighborhood at a time.”

Representatives from Little Caesars flew in from the U.S. to meet the Alphageek team, expressing confidence in the agency’s ability to manage the account. “They told us they were impressed because we’re small enough to care, but big enough to handle the scope of the work,” Mills noted.

Little Caesars, still a family-owned business since its founding in 1959, reports an annual turnover of $4 billion. The company operates restaurants across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Canada.

Mills, who co-founded Alphageek Digital with friends Kieran Flynn and Art Lindop, is eager to begin working with Little Caesars during this pivotal time of expansion. “It’s incredibly exciting to be part of such a rapid growth phase in the UK. The fact that a global organization as large as Little Caesars is entrusting us with their digital marketing is an incredible endorsement. We can’t wait to get started,” he said.
