Crust Pizza is introducing a special limited edition pizza range inspired by the smoky flavors of a Tennessee smokehouse. This new range comes as part of the brand’s collaboration with Rack’em Bones BBQ Ribs.
Zak Marr, Crust Pizza’s marketing manager, highlighted the excitement surrounding the new offerings. “Combining our innovative approach and premium ingredients with Rack’em Bones’ mouthwatering BBQ flavors results in an authentic smokehouse experience,” Marr said.
The Pizzas
Crust Pizza will offer three new limited edition pizzas until October 8th:
Tennessee Pork ‘n Apple: Features Tennessee pulled pork, smokehouse corn, caramelized onion, shallots, and mozzarella on a Tomatoque base. Topped with fresh green apple and jalapeno relish.
Rackem’s Brisket + Pineapple: Includes sticky sweet beef brisket, hot honey bacon bites, white onion, pineapple, and mozzarella on a Tomatoque base. Topped with hickory BBQ sauce and shallots.
Hot Honey Chicken Royale: Contains Tennessee smokehouse chicken, dill pickles, caramelized onion jam, and mozzarella on a Tomatoque base. Finished with burger sauce, hot honey, and two hot honey wing toppers.
New Sauce and Sides
The new pizzas feature a Tomatoque sauce base, a unique blend of tomato and BBQ sauce.
Additionally, Rack’em Bones is adding two new sides to their menu: Peri Peri Wings and Peri Peri Chicken Loaded Chips, both using Crust Pizza’s Peri Peri sauce.
