Cicis Pizza is aiming to grow its franchise network in response to the booming pizza market. According to a recent Statista report, consumer spending in the quick-service pizza sector reached $41.3 billion in 2023. This growth highlights the ongoing popularity of pizza in the United States.

Since its inception in 1985 in Plano, Texas, Cicis Pizza has become a staple for all-you-can-eat pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert. With over 270 locations in 23 states, the chain is known for its family-friendly dining experience and continues to be a leader in the pizza buffet segment.

Cicis Pizza is offering franchise opportunities that promise strong returns on investment and diverse revenue streams. Debbie McGee, Director of Franchise Sales and Development at Cicis Pizza, notes, “Our all-you-can-eat model, game rooms, and value promotions, along with options for to-go and delivery orders, provide franchisees with multiple ways to attract and retain customers, ensuring steady income and growth.”

Franchisees receive extensive support, including initial training, marketing assistance, operational help, and access to a dedicated franchise support team. “This support system helps franchisees manage their businesses efficiently and maximize their success,” McGee adds.

Cicis Pizza distinguishes itself with unique menu items and partnerships with well-known brands like Oreo and Mike’s Hot Honey. Popular items include the Piezilla, a 64-slice pizza, and the Nashville Hot ‘N’ Spicy Pizza and Wings. The company also engages customers through major events, such as the recent collaboration with Coca-Cola for a Team USA Summer Olympics co-branded cup.

The brand has also improved its digital presence and modernized its restaurant atmosphere. The introduction of Cicis Listens, a feedback platform accessible via QR codes on carryout boxes and dining tables, allows guests to easily share their experiences.

Current franchisees, like Frank and Judy Rogers, who have been with Cicis since 1990, exemplify the chain’s success. The Rogers family has recently signed a 6-unit agreement for new locations in Texas, involving their children in the business. “Their journey represents the family-oriented values of Cicis,” McGee notes.

Looking ahead, Cicis Pizza plans to expand into growing markets such as Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Richmond, among others. “We invite new franchisees to join our ‘eatertainment’ concept, which combines our popular buffet with game rooms, offering a unique and engaging dining experience,” McGee says.
