Kale Long successfully defended his title at the sixth annual Little Caesar’s Pizza Hawaii Eating Contest, held on September 2, 2024, at Wet ‘n’ Wild Hawaii. Long, from Honolulu, won the event and a prize pack valued at over $1,200.

Contestants had seven minutes to eat as many slices of pizza as possible from three boxes. Long secured first place by eating 12 slices. Luke Evancoe, also from Honolulu, took second place with 11 slices, while Darl Snyder of Ewa Beach finished third with nine slices.

Nine contestants were randomly selected to compete against the reigning champion. The contest, which began at 1:15 p.m. on Monday, featured participants who had registered at the FM 100 tent.
