Roots Pizza is bringing its renowned Quad City-style pizza to several North Shore communities this Friday, September 13th. The popular pizza spot will be serving Winnetka/Northfield, Evanston, Glencoe, Highland Park, and Wilmette with its flavorful offerings.

Customers can enjoy a range of options, including fresh salads and unique pizza creations. Vegetarians and vegans can try the Vegan Garden pizza, while those who prefer meat will appreciate the house-seasoned Crumbled Sausage. Many pizzas are also available in gluten-free versions.

Specialty pizzas include the “Big Ragu,” a collaboration with Monteverde’s Sarah Grueneberg, featuring tomato-braised pork shoulder, meatballs, sausage, Calabrian peppers, stracchino, mozzarella, and pesto. Another highlight is the Lillie’s Q collaboration, with sweet pulled pork smoked over peach wood, hot smoky BBQ, mozzarella, and Carolina Dirt BBQ Rub topped with slaw. For dessert, West Town Bakery cake pops are a must-try.

Orders must be placed by noon on Friday. Deliveries will occur between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., or customers can pick up their orders at Vin in Highland Park.
