Much Ado About Pizza, a popular pizzeria in Pleasanton, recently earned recognition for its sauce, securing second place in the Best Traditional Sauce Competition. The contest was hosted at the California Restaurants Show in Los Angeles, sponsored by the Pizza Tomorrow Summit.
The Pizza Tomorrow Summit, an annual event focused on the pizza industry, will be held in Orlando, Florida, this November. It organized a pavilion at the California show and launched the inaugural California Pizza Challenge.
Owned by Kira Zabrowski, Much Ado About Pizza also placed in the top 10 of the 3 Cheese Challenge. The pizzeria, located at 1991 Santa Rita Road, continues to make its mark with award-winning recipes.
