Roots Pizza is bringing its popular Quad City-style pizza to Naperville, Bolingbrook, and Lemont on Friday, October 11. This neighborhood favorite offers a menu filled with vibrant flavors, chef collaborations, and fresh salads.
Vegetarians and vegans can enjoy the Vegan Garden pizza, while meat lovers will appreciate the house-seasoned Crumbled Sausage option. Most pizzas are also available gluten-free. A standout choice is the specialty pizza called “Big Ragu,” created in collaboration with Sarah Grueneberg, a finalist on “Top Chef.” This pizza features a delicious mix of tomato-braised pork shoulder, meatballs, sausage, Calabrian peppers, stracchino, mozzarella, and pesto. Another must-try is the collaboration with Lillie’s Q, which includes sweet pulled pork smoked over peach wood, hot smoky BBQ, mozzarella, Carolina Dirt BBQ Rub, and slaw.
