The Lingohocken Fire Company is inviting the community to join them for a Pizza and Prevention Night on Friday, October 18. The event will take place from 6 PM to 9 PM at the fire station.
Attendees can enjoy free pizza and Goodnoe Ice Cream. The evening will also feature a meet-and-greet with local police, firefighters, and EMS personnel. Guests can tour fire trucks, interact with Marshall from Paw Patrol, and learn about fire safety through various exhibits. There will be giveaways, a kitchen fire safety demonstration, and a chance for kids to use a fire hose at the department’s squirt house.
This year’s fire prevention theme is “Smoke Alarms: Make Them Work for You.” The initiative aims to educate the community about the importance of having functional smoke alarms in their homes.
The fire station is located at 1090 Washington Avenue, Wycombe.
