Scratch, a beloved brick-oven pizza restaurant in Johnson City, will reopen on November 8.
In a social media announcement, the restaurant, located at 100 E Unaka Avenue, stated it will operate on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 3 to 9 p.m.
Scratch is currently hiring staff. Those interested in applying can send a direct message to the restaurant or visit in person during business hours.
Initially, Scratch will offer only in-store ordering upon reopening. The restaurant plans to expand its menu as operations grow, but it will not accept online or phone orders at this time.
The business closed in 2022 to regroup and has been closed since then.
For more updates and information, customers can check Scratch’s social media pages. The full announcement highlights their excitement to welcome back customers.
