St. Louis Bar & Grill, a popular Canadian wing chain, has launched a major update to its menu, introducing new dishes crafted by head executive chef Matthew Sullivan.
One of the standout additions is a Detroit-style pizza. This thick-crust, rectangular pizza is topped with cheese to create a crispy, golden crust. The new pizzas are available with a variety of toppings, including classic choices like pepperoni, meat lovers, and mushrooms with Cajun honey. For something unique, customers can also try the St. Louis Wings Pizza, which features boneless chicken wings and the chain’s signature garlic dill sauce.
In addition to the new pizzas, St. Louis is rolling out several other items. These include Cheesy Honey Buns, toasted with honey and Parmesan and served with garlic butter or a three-cheese blend, and Coins & Curds, which pairs crispy dill pickle coins with beer-battered cheese curds. A new BBQ Bacon Burger will also join the menu.
To celebrate the new pizza offerings, St. Louis is offering a special promotion: customers can get one pound of wings for just $5 with the purchase of any new pizza until December 1.
This menu refresh is part of a larger update to the St. Louis brand, which includes a new logo, redesigned decor, updated uniforms, and a refreshed website and app.
